Dr Heidi Mumme has over 25 years’ experience working nationally and internationally within the seafood industry, particularly fisheries and aquaculture.
An experienced project manager and leadership facilitator with a strong background in research and development (R&D), stakeholder consultation, development and implementation of quality and safety management systems, environmental management, strategic planning, food safety management and auditing.
She holds a PhD (Pearl Oyster Physiology) from the University of the Sunshine Coast and is a graduate of the National Seafood Industry Leadership Program and AICD Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors.
