Tomorrows Workplace Workshop

This free workshop is open to everyone, men and women, whether you work in getting seafood to the table, or work with the industry to help it thrive. We want to hear from you to understand both the successes and challenges the industry has when embracing gender inclusivity and discuss the critical issues and trade-offs. In this facilitated workshop, we will share what inclusive leadership means and how we enable others around us in our working lives, including practical tips. We will problem solve together to find tangible actions that you, your organisation, and the broader industry can implement.
