Marketing. Australian Branded Seafood Fashion Designer for Australian Chefs.
When and how did you get involved in the seafood industry?
Ex- qualified chef prior to seafood. Been involved for the last 10 years. Started as office admin for seafood wholesaler, then moved to seafood sales rep. Currently, 3rd year into own business.
Why do you like working in the seafood industry?
I love learning about new product from water, all the way through to plate. With my own business I get to meet so many people, travel and eat well.
What you love about your role?
I love that I get to share what I learn with everyone I meet. And the most amazing thing, is there is still so much more to learn. Hence, never get bored, EVER!!
