Stephanie has over a decade of experience in the Seafood Industry and has served in senior executive roles in the post-harvest sector, including CEO of Clamms Seafood, a market-leading Seafood Processor, Distributor and Wholesaler; Director of the Melbourne Seafood Centre and Director of Seafood Industry Australia.
Stephanie’s profound industry knowledge, combined with an MBA degree has equipped her with a wealth of practical experience in operations, finance, leadership, project management, marketing, technology, innovation, sales, governance, advisory and risk minimisation. Throughout her career, Stephanie has demonstrated her ability to effectively lead organisations and has offered invaluable guidance to directors. She is known for setting strategic directions and ensuring the necessary resources and support are in place for efficient structure and operations. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science (major in Human Physiology and Biochemistry) from Monash University, a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and is currently undertaking the Australian Director’s Course with AICD.
